Picton
The seaside town of Picton is located at the top of the South Island. It links the South and North Islands by the ocean through the ferry service from Wellington to Picton. Picton stands in a sheltered harbour and its waterfront has many cafes, restaurants and art galleries. The waterfront also has a floating maritime museum and aquarium. Picton is a beautiful town to spend some time in.
