Freedom Mobility client feedback: “The Scotts are a great couple. They let us use their laundry and left our dried clothes in our room. The accessible apartment is the first unit by their sign. Brian took some pride in how accessible they made the unit, but there were a few problems. The threshold ramp was too flimsy. Grab bars and the toilet seat in the bathroom were loose. The bedroom was a bit cramped for two wheelchairs. Still, the bathroom was huge and had a roll-in shower. Anne made us breakfast (you place your order the night before) and we ate at the unit’s large dining table” – John
