Whangarei Falls

Only a short 10 minute drive from Whangarei’s city centre lies the gorgeous Whangarei’s Falls. See the falls from a special viewing platform that can be accessed by wheelchairs. The hill is a little steep so we advise you bring someone who can assist you as the view is well worth the effort. In addition to the walking track, there is a lovely picnic area with a small park. Here you can find accessible bathrooms and designated accessible parking bays.

Please be aware that this waterfall is a type of waterfall which will not have much water during a dry summer.
