Freedom Mobility client feedback: “They have an aqua chair that you can reserve, but I think, if you have a carry sling and are happy to put a towel on your wheelchair when you get out that would be the best approach. The aqua chair was a bit flimsy and when trying to move around on it, bits kept coming off! There aren’t actually any natural hot springs, if you want that I would suggest Hanmer Springs. Although I didn’t go in there myself, one of my carers did go for some time out – they said it was far better, though forgot to take note of the accessibility.” – Gareth R.
