“Nice view. Staff friendly, helpful. Good to have restaurant on-site. Not so good: ramped step inside the unit down from the front door and up into the bathroom (you may be able to see this ramp in the photo). Not good for anyone with poor balance. Nowhere for bathroom bag. Inaccessible: crockery, kettle, coffee/tea, living room mirror, room power key. Parking at door (outdoors) Overall I think my favourite was Copthorne at Waitangi followed by navigate at Napier and Sun Court at Taupo.” – Trish
